Crumbed Mushroom Cups
- 5 mushrooms per person
- 100g Multiseed Toasts made into crumbs
- 2 Tbsps. Greek style yogurt (either a dairy or non-dairy variant)
- NATURAL please , no fruity flavours!
- Salad leaves to serve
- Coat mushrooms with yogurt.
- Dip into seasoned crumbs.
- Deep fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with salad and Multiseed Toasts.
