Crumbed Mushroom Cups

Ingredients:

  • 5 mushrooms per person
  • 100g Multiseed Toasts made into crumbs
  • 2 Tbsps. Greek style yogurt (either a dairy or non-dairy variant)
  • NATURAL please , no fruity flavours!
  • Seasoning
  • Salad leaves to serve

Directions

  1. Coat mushrooms with yogurt.
  2. Dip into seasoned crumbs.
  3. Deep fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Serve with salad and Multiseed Toasts.
